It used to be good

I dont know what is going on with this app but every time I use it, it freezes where the person is but the time keeps running. It does says when was the last update but thats it.
I have tried closing the app and reopen the link, I have reloaded it, it is annoying... Its not a reliable app.

Please fix it or give us a way to overpass this issue.
