What happened???

Used to love this app for car club cruises and keeping track of people, but I dont know if its a new version or what, but every time I got to view a Glympse of someone, it shows them stopped in the middle of the map, not even on a road! The first time it happened I thought someone crashed, but now I know its some kind of glitch. It happens in both the app and when viewing it online.
Using an iPhone 6+ with iOS 9.2.1, Glympse 3.10
